District-Wide Digital Safety for Every School

District-Wide Digital Safety for Every School

One curriculum, every grade level, every school in your district — with volume pricing, implementation support, and measurable outcomes.

The Challenge

School districts face mounting pressure to address student online safety, yet most lack a unified strategy. Individual schools cobble together free resources or one-off assemblies that vary wildly in quality and coverage. Without a consistent, district-wide approach, gaps emerge — leaving some students unprotected and exposing the district to liability. Meanwhile, CIPA compliance requirements and board expectations continue to grow.

How Cyber Safe Families Helps

Your Cyber Safe Family offers district-wide licensing that brings a consistent, standards-aligned cyber safety curriculum to every school from Pre-K through 12th grade. Our volume pricing makes district adoption significantly more affordable than school-by-school purchasing, with discounts of 10% to 38% based on district size. A dedicated implementation coordinator works with your team to schedule rollouts, train staff, and ensure every building launches successfully.

Every student in the district receives the same high-quality, age-appropriate instruction, eliminating the patchwork of inconsistent programs that leaves gaps in student safety.

CIPA and Standards Alignment

Our curriculum supports CIPA internet safety education requirements and aligns to ISTE, Common Sense Media, and state digital citizenship standards — simplifying compliance documentation for your district.

Dedicated Implementation Coordinator

A named point of contact manages scheduling, teacher orientation, and progress tracking across all buildings so central office staff are not burdened with logistics.

Parent Engagement at Scale

Companion parent workshops run alongside student sessions at every school, creating district-wide family engagement around online safety without requiring additional programming.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does district volume pricing work?
Discounts are based on the number of schools enrolled. Districts licensing 5-9 schools receive 10% off, 10-19 schools receive 20% off, 20-49 schools receive 30% off, and districts with 50 or more schools receive up to 38% off. All four curriculum packages and parent workshops are included in the All Access district license.
Can we pilot the program before a full district rollout?
Yes. Many districts begin with a pilot at three to five schools to evaluate the program before expanding. Pilot schools receive the full curriculum and support experience. We provide pilot evaluation data to help you make the case for district-wide adoption.
How does the program support CIPA compliance?
CIPA requires schools receiving E-Rate funding to educate students about appropriate online behavior, including cyberbullying awareness and social networking safety. Our curriculum directly addresses these requirements with documented lesson plans that can be referenced in your CIPA compliance filings.
What implementation support does the district receive?
Each district is assigned a dedicated implementation coordinator who manages scheduling across all buildings, conducts virtual orientation sessions for teachers and counselors, provides ongoing support throughout the school year, and delivers end-of-year impact reports to district leadership.
How long does a district-wide rollout take?
Most districts complete initial rollout within one semester. After a planning phase of two to four weeks, we can launch at multiple schools simultaneously. Your implementation coordinator creates a phased schedule that works with each school's calendar and avoids testing windows.
